Within the framework of the project titled “Improving the Single Window Service System for Social Protection and Poverty Reduction in the OIC Countries” being implemented by the Ministry of Social Affairs of Indonesia, a two-day conference and a three-day workshop were conducted between 10-14 May, 2018 in Indonesia with the participants from Azerbaijan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. In the conference, the importance of the single window service system in alleviating poverty and the partner countries’ experiences in this area were discussed. In the workshop, participants worked on the development of the modules of Indonesia’s single window service system and content of the training, which will be later held within the project.
