Within the framework of the Project titled “Supporting and Ensuring SMEs to Continue Business during Crisis”, Training of Trainers on “How to Make a Business Plan for Building SMEs Resilient to Crises and Risks” was held on 27-29 September, 2023 in Paramaribo/Suriname by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Entrepreneurship & Technological Innovation of Suriname. Commenced with the welcome speech by H.E. Rishma N. Kuldipsingh, the Minister, the training aimed at enhancing the capacity of trainers at the Ministry of Economic Affairs to guide SMEs during crises as well as institutional strengthening of the training centre.
The target group of the training was relevant experts from Ministry of Economy of Suriname and Small Business Bureau of Guyana. Moreover, representatives of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB) of the Republic of Türkiye also participated to the training activity as trainers to exchange their knowledge and experience in this regard.
