13^th Meeting of the COMCEC Trade Working Group

The 13th Meeting of the COMCEC Trade Working Group was held on March 7^th, 2019 in Ankara, Turkey with the theme of “Enhancing Public Availability of Customs Information in the OIC Member States”.

The representatives of 17 Member States attended the Meeting. Moreover, representatives of COMCEC Coordination Office, GCC, ICDT, ITFC, WCO, SMIIC, Solmaz Customs Consultancy have also attended the Meeting.

The Representatives of the Member States have shared their experiences, achievements and challenges in enhancing public availability of customs information in their respective countries. The Meeting has considered the Study “Enhancing Public Availability of Customs Information in the OIC Member States” commissioned by the COMCEC Coordination Office and the “COMCEC Trade Outlook 2018” prepared by the COMCEC Coordination Office.
